Cancellation Policy
PLEASE READ THIS COMPLETELY — Nonrefundable deposits for full sets will not be refunded if the appointment is canceled less than 24 hours before appointment time. If the appointment is rescheduled it will carry over ONE time before a new deposit is required. Appointment cancellations made after the allotted 24 hour time frame will result in a 50% cancellation fee, whether you cancel through the booking site or me personally. No call no show appointments will be charged 100% of the service fee and clients will no longer be able to book an appointment. My time is valuable and due to a short notices, I am not able to fill these time slots. Thank you for understanding.
